Authors: Posting your book on ReadersPad.com
Monday, 13 September 2010 16:05

You're an author and you've published your book.  It might be your first, or maybe one of multiple.  Regardless, you still need to let others know of the product of your imagination, creativity and hard work -- your book. That is where Readers' Pad.com comes in.

At ReadersPad.com our goal is to help new authors and established authors alike gain exposure for their literature.  Whether your book is biographical, historical or scientific in nature, fiction or nonfiction, there is a category for your writing.  Our goal is to help you create a buzz that would expose your book to as many people online as possible.

How does ReadersPad.com work?

First, you must register.  Once you've registered and confirmed your registration by checking your e-mail (be sure to check your spam box for the confirmation e-mail), you can login and submit your book for publishing on ReadersPad.com.  Once published, invite your friends and family to post comments or review of your book.  This will entice others not related to you to do so as well.  We've posted sample books for you to see how your published book will look on ReadersPad.com so be sure to browse books that are currently on the site.

If you have a website, link back to ReadersPad.com or to your book's listing directly to further enhance your search engine presence.

The best part of ReadersPad.com is that it's free.  So, get that extra exposure and post your book's profile.  You'll never know, this service may not be free for long.

Remember: at the end of the day, there is no such thing as too much marketing.

How to add your book in the directory:

  1. Register (see "Register" link at top right of this page);
  2. Check your e-mail for the auto-sent e-mail asking you to verify your e-mail address;
  3. Login;
  4. When logged in, click the link to "The Bookshelf";
  5. Navigate to the applicable category;
  6. Click the "Add your profile here" button;
  7. Input your information and click "submit".

That's it.  We'll look at your profile, clean up messy codes, etc.  Once your profile has been published, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

Oh, and don't forget to recommend ReadersPad.com to your friends and link back to ReadersPad.com from your website.
